RainWave-StickLike something fused by nature fay, Rainstick by Beach Glass contributing artist┬áKerstin Novion looks like a true hidden treasure. Rain-Stick-with-TagKerstin’s piece kick’s off the 2015 RB Beach Glass: A Hidden Art Odyssey season.

Kerstin has been working with glass for most of her life. She is currently working with fused glass, some examples of which can be found in the Shoreline-LFP Arts Council Gallery At Town Center in Lake Forest Park. She likes to dabble in as many art forms as possible, sometimes experimenting with everyday items as well as the more expected art tools. She was inspired by the beautiful concept of the Hidden Art Odyssey and felt compelled to join the ranks of contributing artists last year and boy are we glad she did. (Whoever finds this beautiful piece will be glad, too!)

Happy hunting!
